Delicious and Healthy Green Smoothies

Just because something is green or incorporates spinach doesn't mean it has to taste like grass. I love smoothies and I feel even better about drinking them when I throw a little spinach in them to help me reach my veggie in take for the day. I have recently been expanding my go-to smoothie ingredients. These are just some suggestions, the possiblities are endless :)

Pick 1
Orange juice
Coconut water
Coconut milk
Water
Cranberry juice

Pick 1
Greek yogurt
Yogurt

Pick 2 or 3 or 4
Strawberries
Peaches
Pineapple
Blueberries
Banana
Honeydue
Mango

Kale

My personal favorite when I want a sweet smoothie is orange juice, ice, strawberries, peaches, spinach, yogurt, and ground flax.

You can also add a little ground flax seed for some extra fiber.  We recently just bought a juicer so I have been experimenting with that. I will definitely post my favorite receipts soon.
